A curation of some of our recent residential work we have completed around Auckland.

This job in Greenhithe, Auckland required a large amount of preparation removing peeling paint and cracks.

We then repainted the weatherboards, window frames and trims.

This project in Wainui required a full repaint of all exterior surfaces, changing the colour of both the roof and weatherboards, staining a deck and polyurethane on the exposed soffit.

This job in St Hellier's was a big one! We repaired any cracks and pressure washed the home and boundary walls. The exterior plaster work was repainted with an elastomeric membrane paint and cedar louvres and pergolas were re-stained. All the walls on the property were also repainted. The end result is a high-quality finish that looks fresh and sharp!

We repainted this home in Orewa and did quite a large colour change to bring it up to date. The weatherboards required a good amount of preperation due to being exposed to salt air and the harsh sun. Flaking paint was sanded off, primed and then two coats of Dulux Weathershield was applied.

This is another recently finished project in Orewa. We sealed up the bare bricks and painted them white and then offset that by sealing and painting the cedar black. We painted the cedar rather than stained as it requires significantly less ongoing maintenance while still achieving a great finish.

Garage doors were resprayed black along with the boundary fencing.

We repainted several sheds in Kumeu to freshen them up and protect them for the future. You can see the the value added above with fresh repaint and a new colour scheme.

This factory in East Tamaki was looking for a refresh with its dated colour scheme and general wear and tear. We repainted the roof light grey and freshened up the walls with a new colour scheme.

This bach in Snells Beach got a make over with the roof of the garage being resprayed, the walls getting painted an off white along with the hand rail and pergola.
